We're
happy to accept returns of unwanted skates (or provide a size or style exchange) provided that the product is
returned in as new condition with complete and original packaging. Our returns and exchanges terms and conditions can be found on our website. Returned items must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of customer receipt of good.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. If you are upsizing the exchange may also include an additional cost.
You will be provided with a secure link to make payment for the cost of
shipping the exchange item.

The link can be found on the left hand side menu; click this and then click "request RMA" and follow the instructions. Please ensure that you return ship the product to the correct address and include your details in the package.
